Capital Investment Department

The Capital Investments Department implements tasks resulting from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Trust Fund which aims to increase the competitiveness in Mazovia through the optimal use of resources returned from the JESSICA and JEREMIE Initiatives co-financed from the Regional Operational Programme of Mazowieckie Voivodship 2007-2013 and the implementation of the instructions specified in article 78 section 7 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1083/2006 of July 11, 2006.
The fund operates by, among others, increasing the availability of micro, small and medium enterprises for external financing, by providing preferential debt, capital and guarantee financing, and by supporting public and private investments of particular importance for the region. In addition, the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Trust Fund can finance investments related to other market failures, such as the existence of public goods, or reduction of negative externalities.
